STEP 7 – LAYERS OF OILS

Many times, when using Essential Oils, a roller bottle and a carrier oil are used to create a blend of oils for a specific purpose. Another option is to layer your Essential Oils, and the SOOTHING BLEND is a good option for this.

Apply two to three drops any of the following oils to areas of discomfort, followed by the same amount of the SOOTHING BLEND.
